Dallas C. Dodge has joined Hartford lobbying and government relations firm Roy & Leroy as a partner.
Dodge was previously vice president and counsel at the Insurance Association of Connecticut, where he was one of the chief lobbyists for Connecticut’s insurance and financial services industry.
