A limited liability company backed by two physicians recently paid $3.9 million for an 18,720-square-foot medical office building in Vernon.
In a deed recorded June 29, Berlin-based Vernon Medical Arts Building LLC purchased the 1992-vintage building on 2.25 acres at 428 Hartford Turnpike.
The buying LLC is held through two affiliated limited liability companies whose principals are Dr. Alexander Potashinsky and Christina Lu of Farmington, along with Anumeha Singh of Berlin.
The buyer financed the purchase with a $2.92 million mortgage from Windsor Federal Bank. Potashinsky and Dr. Daksh Rampal signed the mortgage documents as managers of Vernon Medical Arts Building LLC.
The building houses several medical practices, including a Hartford HealthCare primary care office, a Trinity Health Of New England OB/GYN office, Connecticut GI and others.
Attempts to reach Potashinsky and Rampal were not immediately successful Tuesday.
The property was sold by a limited liability company headed by Rashid Hamid, president of Vernon-based Naek Construction.
