Richard DiPietro has joined Hartford parking operator Propark America as president.
DiPietro reports to CEO John Schmid.
A 22-year veteran, he previously was senior vice president for PortfolioFirst Parking Solutions. He also spent more than 15 years with Standard Parking Corp.
