Rockville Bank in Vernon served a gourmet dinner to the winners of the Community Health Resources’ Volley with the Stars event. The winner, Milton Rosenberg, and his guest ate dinner prepared by Maneeley’s Catering in South Windsor inside the vault in front of the bank’s safe deposit boxes.
