An area developer has resubmitted plans for a smaller mixed-income, multifamily housing development in South Windsor.
The Metro Realty Management Corp. of Farmington is planning a 55-unit apartment complex on property located at 240 Deming St., and a portion of 440 Buckland Road.
The property is owned by Calvary Church of the Assemblies and Berry Patch II Associates L.P.
The proposal is a pared-down version of an earlier plan submitted this summer that included 72 units over seven buildings.
The new plans, which the Planning and Zoning Commission will review at a meeting next week, include 55 units, a mix of one- and two-bedrooms, over five buildings, with 86 parking spaces, on 5.18 acres.Â
