Katiria Delgado has been named program manager of Hartford Generation Work, a partnership of Capital Workforce Partners, the city of Hartford, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, supported by the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
At Hartford Generation Work, Delgado will focus on systems and practices in youth development and other community-based organizations, workforce development and employment.
