Wendy DeAngelo has been appointed vice president of development and communications at New Britain’s Hospital for Special Care (HSC). She will be responsible for aligning the HSC Foundation’s mission and strategies with the goals of the hospital; managing all internal and external communications, and brand management of HSC and all of its entities/affiliates; and overseeing community services, including the HSC adaptive sports programs.
Prior to joining HSC, DeAngelo was chief business development officer at Wheeler Clinic for 17 years.
