A limited liability company controlled by a West Springfield-based automotive dealer recently paid $700,000 for a 3.8-acre, industrially zoned property in Vernon.
Balise Management LLC bought the vacant site at 808 Talcottville Road — along a commercially developed section of Route 83 — from the estate of Bradford Gill in a sale that was recorded by the town on March 21.
Balise Management lists Balise Motor Sales Co. and Timothy Ingerson – the auto company’s secretary and treasurer – as principals. Balise Motor Sales has locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
The property was listed by Mitch Bolotin, vice president of Colebrook Realty Services.
