Catapult re-signed with landlord 245 Locust St. LLC for 15,000 square feet at 245 Locust St.
Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease.
E. Hartford audio-tint space
Xclusive Audio & Tints has leased a former East Hartford light-industrial building to house its audio and window-tinting operation.
Xclusive recently moved into the 4,000-square-foot building at 1330 Main St., owned by landlord M. Cruickshank Co. LLC, according to exclusive broker Colliers International.
Banneker’s Enfield lease
Banneker Supply Chain Solutions Inc. has leased 30,000 square feet at 250 South Road in Enfield.
Margust Holdings LLC owns the 114,300-square-foot industrial facility on 8.98 acres, according to sole broker Sentry Commercial.
Courier Express’ Hartford space
Courier Express leased 7,000 square feet at 301 Murphy Road in Hartford from landlord A Faienza & Sons LLC, according to broker Colliers International.
D-BAT’s Cheshire facility
D-BAT Baseball Training leased a previously vacant 22,000-square-foot building in Cheshire’s Sky Central industrial park.
Landlord Sky Management LLC owns the building and park, located at 611-617 West Johnson Ave. The building’s address is 615 West Johnson Ave.
D-BAT is a baseball training facility with another franchise in Trumbull, CT.
O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord; Angel Commercial was D-BAT’s broker.
Siracusa’s New Britain space
Siracusa Moving & Storage leased space in New Britain Business Park.
Siracusa signed for 3,200 square feet at 221 South St. with landlord New Britain Business Park II-2010, according to broker Colliers International.
Advanced Window’s Cromwell relo
Berlin’s Advanced Window Systems leased 22,500 square feet of warehouse-office space for a relocation to Cromwell, brokers say.
The lease at 14 Alcap Ridge consists of 12,500 square feet of warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of office space, according to O,R&L Commercial, broker to landlord Fourteen Alcap LLC.
Prestige Properties LLC was the tenant’s broker.
Rocky Hill practice
Professional counselor Claribel Rosario leased space in Rocky Hill for her practice.
Rosario signed with landlord DF Group LLC for 1,113 square feet at 185 Silas Deane Highway, broker Colliers International said.
Akin Gump in Blue Back Sq.
The central Connecticut law office of renowned New York law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP has relocated to West Hartford’s Blue Back Square from downtown Hartford.
Partner in charge Renee M. Dailey said the relocation of 11 attorneys and support staff to 7,975 square feet of office space at 65 Memorial Road was effective Aug. 12.
Starwood Retail Partners is landlord.
Akin Gump’s downtown Hartford office opened in 2018, housed temporarily on the 14th floor of 100 Pearl St., while it sought a permanent home, Dailey said.
Akin Gump lawyers work with insurers and other institutional investors in complex domestic and cross-border private placement financings, workouts and global financial restructurings.
Plainville pawn shop bows
Silas Deane Pawn has leased the former Family Dollar store space in Plainville for its ninth Connecticut location.
The pawn chain leased 6,500 square feet at 58 East St., a retail plaza that also houses Subway and Advance Auto Parts.
O,R&L Commercial represented landlord 58 East Street, LLC in the transaction.
Great Clips’ Cromwell space
Great Clips Salon has leased in the Cromwell Square Shopping Center.
NSN Opco 1 LLC inked a five-year lease with landlord HBN-CSC LLC to occupy the former 1,600-square-foot former Fantastic Sams space at 51 Shunpike Road, said tenant landlord The Proto Group. HB Nitkin and True Commercial represented the landlord.

Solterra’s N. Britain lease
Solterra Academy leased 22,000 square feet for its special-education school in New Britain.
Solterra, a private educator serving pupils age 5 to 21, signed with landlord 270 JDD LLC for space at 270 John Downey Drive, according to sole Reno Properties Group.
Well Life’s Berlin space

Well Life Therapy leased 3,000 square feet in Berlin’s Mill Crossing Business Park.
Landlord 1224 Mill Street LLC owns the space at the eponymous address, said sole broker Reno Properties Group.
An affiliate, Reno’s Construction Services Group, has been hired to retrofit the space for Well Life, Reno said.
