Hartford social services nonprofit The Village for Families & Children recently named Victor De La Paz as the organization’s new chief administrative officer.
In this role, De La Paz will lead The Village’s administrative departments of risk management and compliance, facilities and information technology.
De La Paz brings two decades of executive leadership experience across government, nonprofit and corporate sectors to his role at The Village. He has served as the chief financial officer for The Peace Corps and held CFO or chief operating officer roles for Achievement First Charter Schools, and large school districts such as New Haven, Baltimore and Hartford.
