Two daycare centers in Newington and South Windsor recently sold for a combined $9.39 million, records show.
Colchester Properties LLC sold the daycare centers, each about 10,000 square feet, at 10 Sedona Circle, South Windsor, and 395 Willard Ave., Newington, to 395 Willard Avenue Newington LLC.
The sale price of each property was $4.7 million.
Principals of Colchester Properties LLC include Eric Spungin of Avon, Michael Berke of Branford and Newington Windsor LLC of Englewood Cliffs, N.J.
Peter Tal of New Hartford, N.Y., is principal of 395 Willard Avenue Newington LLC.
The South Windsor facility includes 1.1 acres plus the daycare center that was built earlier this year.
The Newington facility includes 2 acres and the daycare center that was built in 2020.
Colchester Properties purchased the land at 10 Sedona Circle, South Windsor, for $537,000 in January 2020 and the Newington land for $600,000 in 2019.
Marcus & Millichap of New York City was the broker.
