Law firm Day Pitney announced it has hired Amy Drais as a tax partner in its Stamford office.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Drais served as international tax director and tax counsel at Thomson Reuters. At Day Pitney, Drais will use her experience with cross-border and domestic federal income tax issues to support the firm’s corporate and private client practices in a wide range of complex tax matters for clients.
Before Thomson Reuters, Drais was an attorney in the tax department at several Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York law firms. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
