A three-story office building in Darien has sold for $4.48 million, according to the town’s assessor’s office.
777 Post Road DC Holdings LLC, controlled by Gary Baksysh of Milford, has bought the building, at 777 Boston Post Road, from Darien construction company Fidelity Building Corp.
The 25,000-square-foot building, which sits on a 0.9-acre parcel and was built in 1968, is appraised at $5.89 million and assessed at $3.91 million, according to property records.
Tenants include Darien Bank & Trust and Aesthetic & Maxillofacial Surgery Center of Darien PC.
