Danbury’s Praxair issues $500M of 10-year debt

Danbury industrial gas supplier Praxair Inc. issued $500 million of debt Thursday.

The 2.2 percent notes are due Aug. 15, 2022.

The offering was led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
