Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has opened Rivington Landing, a new luxury condominium community in Danbury, the company announced last week.
The Pennsylvania-based developer said the community is part of the larger Rivington by Toll Brothers master plan and is open by appointment at an offsite sales center at 5 Reserve Road.
Rivington Landing offers six single-level floor plans with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and elevator access, with prices starting in the low $500,000-range.
Residents will have access to the master plan’s amenities, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, walking trails, and tennis, pickleball and bocce courts.
The community sits near major commuter routes, with access to area shopping, dining and entertainment.
