Danbury Mission Technologies secured a $136 million contract from the U.S. Army for laser detecting systems, the company announced.
Danbury Mission Technologies, a subsidiary of Danbury based aerospace and defense technology company ARKA Group, was selected by the Army in December to provide and install new laser detecting systems, called AN/VVR-4 LDS, on ground vehicles for the military branch.
As part of the five-year contract the company will also provide testing hardware and support services for the technology.
