The four-story, 79-room hotel at 89 Mill Plain Road traded hands on June 2.
A Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Danbury has sold in a deal valued at about $12 million, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.
The four-story, 79-room hotel at 89 Mill Plain Road traded hands on June 2, property records show. The buyer was 89 Mill Plain Partners LLC, which is controlled by Keni and Anand Patel, who list a Newtown business address in state records.
The seller was TS Legacy Holdings LLC, property records show.
The 50,000-square-foot hotel sits on a 2.5-acre property near Interstate 84. Built in 2001, the property underwent renovations in 2024, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The hotel contains guest rooms and suites and includes amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center and on-site parking.
The hotel was marketed by Marcus & Millichap's Jerry Swon, who represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The deal represents at least the second major hotel sale in Danbury over the past year. In September,
a group of investors bought a Comfort Inn at 80 Newtown Road for $12.7 million.
