Danbury industrial gas supplier Tech Air on Tuesday announced it has completed its acquisition of Gas & Alloy Supply Co. of Dallas, Texas.
Tech Air operates another business, US Oxygen, in nearby Arlington, Texas, and the two companies will give Tech Air an advantage in the North Texas market.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is the 15 acquisition made by Tech Air since it was acquired by New York City firm CI Capital Partners in 2010. Tech Air operates 31 branch and fill plant locations in the Northeast, South, Southwest and West.
