An investor has purchased an automotive dealership property at 52 Newtown Road in Danbury for $4.6 million, according to land records.
The buyer was 52 Newtown LLC, controlled by Trevor Distefano. The seller was 3B Newtown Road LLC, controlled by Bruce E. Bennett, Todd Bennett and Amie Bennett, all of Danbury. The sellers acquired the property in 2020 for $3.9 million.
The property, built in 1962, includes a roughly 17,400-square-foot building on 3.83 acres and has been used as a luxury auto dealership with a showroom, service bays and body shop. It sits along a high-traffic corridor near Interstate 84.
