A renovated Danbury multifamily apartment complex has been sold for $5.2 million.
Stratford Capital LLC, which is controlled by Alex Plueger of New York City, bought the property at 113-115 Park Ave., from West Hartford-based Willow Park Partners LLC and principal Jacob A. Kapplan in a deal recorded April 25.
Senior associates Jeff Wright and Rich Edwards of Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.
Willow Park Partners bought the complex for $3.6 million in 2021, according to city property records.

Twenty of the 21 units have been renovated to luxury finishes and fetched higher rents, Northeast brokers said.
