What are the family values of your business, and how do they help you remain competitive in the market?
For almost 50 years we have strived to provide honest quality automotive repair. Our name is on the sign, and that means something. For us it’s honesty, integrity, and caring about your vehicle and your safety.
Our customers become our friends; we take care of their children and grandchildren.
What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year?
My father is a man of few words. I know that he takes pride in the fact that not only me but his grandchildren are continuing to grow his dream and vision. He’d look at me and say, “I’m proud of ya kid.”
What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year?
Like a lot of family businesses, the biggest challenge is the family dynamic itself. Working with family is tough but rewarding. There are rules at home and different rules at work. Keeping work professional and home life separate can be challenging. But together we work together toward a common goal.
