A building that houses the CVS pharmacy on Main Street in Rocky Hill recently sold for $2 million.
Rockic Realty LLC of Wellesley, Mass., purchased the building at 2427 Main St., from PreVenture LLC of Mount Prospect, Ill. Robert Connor of Wellesley, Mass., is principal of Rockic Realty while Patel Birju of Mount Prospect, Ill. is principal of PreVenture.
The building is 10,188 square feet and sits on 1.27 acres.Â
The tenant CVS is signed to a lease that runs through Nov. 2030.
