A 17,690-square-foot retail building hosting a CVS pharmacy in Cheshire recently sold for $5.2 million.
The 53-year-old building and 2-acre property at 581 Highland Ave., was sold by 581 Highland Avenue Partnership – as well as Robert M., Leslie C. and Ricky M. Mariano – to Massachusetts-based CME Real Estate LLC, in a deal recorded March 22, according to the Cheshire Town Clerk’s office.
State records list Michael Connors, of Walpole, Massachusetts, as principal of the buyer.
The building and property are appraised at $4 million by the town.
