Norwalk’s Xerox Inc. has deepened its presence in Europe’s commercial printer market with the acquisition of French color-inkjet maker Impika, the company says.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
Impika sells its water-based inkjet printers and technology for use in industrial, commercial, security, label and package printing.
Jeff Jacobson, president of Xerox’s graphic communications operations, will oversee Impika and its 55 employees.
