Bolton’s Simoniz USA Inc. paid $3.95 million for a Rocky Hill industrial building to consolidate its area warehousing of automotive cleaners and waxes and janitorial products, officials said.
Headquarters will stay in Bolton, Mark Kershaw, Simoniz operations chief, said Wednesday, adding the new site will allow Simoniz to consolidate its area warehouse operations in Manchester and elsewhere.
Kershaw said Simoniz may hire an unspecified number of workers in connection with the consolidation.
The 115,000-square-foot facility at 235 Dividend Road formerly housed Cleary Millwork.
