Connecticut’s Simon Konover Development Corp. and its Midwest partner have added a Greater Milwaukee medical office building to their expanding Midwest realty portfolio, authorities say.
Simon Konover and Outlook Development Group, of Franklin, Wis., in the fourth quarter bought Fort Atkinson Health Clinic building at 601 Handeyside Lane on the grounds of Fort Atkinson Hospital in suburban Milwaukee., the partners said Tuesday.
What seller Meriter Health, of Madison, Wis., received as remuneration wasn’t disclosed.
The joint venture has previously acquired another medical facility in Brookfield, Wis., and as retail center in nearby Hartford, Wis. As part of a previously disclosed strategy of building a portfolio of Milwaukee and Chicago area properties.
The partners say more properties in both cities are under contract, with closings due later this year.
