Wethersfield digital-payments vendor Payveris LLC inked a deal with a Utah firm that exposes more of its services to credit unions and their members.
Payveris said Monday it signed a pact with CUProdigy, of Layton, Utah, a so-called “credit-union core software organization,’’ or CUSO, that serves some 20 credit unions spread across the U.S. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
“We are excited about this partnership with CUProdigy,’’ Payveris President Fran Duggan said in a statement. “As a CUSO, they are fully dedicated to providing their credit unions with the best in technology so that they can better serve their members growing financial services needs.’’
Craig Peterson, who oversees CUProdigy’s sales, marketing and other client services, said the Payveris team will be introduced Tuesday at CUProdigy’s annual meeting in Orlando, Fla.
Payveris essentially is providing, Peterson said, the electronic “plumbing’’ so credit-union clients and their members can conduct online and mobile banking via CUProdigy’s browser-based platform.
“Here’s another credit-union [services] provider that’s going to be working with us,’’ he said.
