West Hartford executive recruiter Horton International is broadening its reach into placing more people of color into U.S. executive suites.
Horton hired Niraj Kataria as managing director for its new diversity-recruiting effort.
Prior to joining the firm Niraj worked in publishing and online media for the past 12 years, launching DiversityInc. magazine.
Niraj previously served as president of IMDiversity which published The Black Collegian Magazine and The Black MBA. According to Horton, IMDiversity also built one of the first diversity career centers on the web.
