Connecticut First Lady Cathy Malloy cut a garland of fresh flowers on Feb. 24 to open the four-day 30th annual Connecticut Flower and Garden Show at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. This year’s event featured 25 gardens, the flower show and dozens of seminars.
