CTNext, the state-funded network of business incubators and advisers overseen by Connecticut Innovations, said it’s taking applications for a second year of start-up grants as high as $10,000, it announced.
Formerly known as the Voucher Program, this year, CTNext has renamed the grants as the Entrepreneur Innovation Awards.
The grants can be used for product prototyping, intellectual property consulting, market research, engineering design, testing and other services.
In the program’s first year, officials awarded $307,000 in vouchers.
