The property that hosts the Cassidy Hill Vineyard in Coventry has been listed for sale.
The 137-acre vineyard at 454 Cassidy Hill Road was listed for sale this week by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties.
The asking price, which includes the vineyard business, is $3 million, according to the listing.
The property includes a 6,116-square-foot winemaking facility and tasting room that was built in 2008, a barn and a residence, according to the listing.
The owner of the property is listed as the estate of Carol M. Chipkin.
Chipkin, who bought the property in 2001 for $685,000, and her husband Robert Chipkin started the vineyard.
Carol Chipkin died on Dec. 31, 2023, according to her obituary.
The listing agent is Berkshire’s Gregg Wagner.
