Farmington-based Connecticut Wealth Management announced it has added Kelly McDaniel, president and owner of consulting firm DeLisaGroup, to expand its services for business-owner clients.
McDaniel will lead services focused on executive coaching, leadership development, recruiting and succession planning, according to the firm.
Connecticut Wealth said the move adds organizational consulting services alongside its existing financial planning and investment advisory business.
McDaniel has advised business owners on leadership development, strategic planning and ownership transitions through DeLisaGroup, the firm said.
