Connecticut Water Co. vice president of service delivery Terrance P. O’Neill will resign from the Clinton company’s board this week and will retire in September, the water utility announced.
Pursuant to his severance agreement, O’Neill will receive a one-time cash payment of $125,000. His $47,404 in outstanding but unvested performance cash units for 2012 and 2013 will be accelerated according to the company’s 2004 performance stock program.
