Shareholders of Clinton-based Connecticut Water Service on Thursday elected Bradford A. Hunter and Ellen C. Wolf to the public water utility’s board of directors, the company said.
Hunter was chief financial officer of New England heating oil distributor Dead River Co., based in Maine, before retiring in 2013. He was previously CEO of Bank of America, Maine.
Wolf was CFO and senior vice president of New Jersey-based American Water Works Co. from 2006 until her retirement, also in 2013.
