Connecticut Water Service Inc. said it will pay a quarterly cash dividend of 24.75 cents on June 16 to shareholders of record as of June 2.
The Clinton-based water utility also announced that its shareholders reelected two directors at the company’s May 8 annual meeting: Mary Ann Hanley and Richard H. Forde.
Hanley, an assistant to the president of St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, has been on the water utility’s board since 1999. Forde, first elected to the board in Oct. 2013, is a retired senior vice president and chief investment officer of Cigna Corp.
