🔒CT security services manager acquires Virginia firm

A Norwalk-based security services manager has acquired a Virginia company that provides executive protection, intelligence and risk consulting. Protos Security, which manages off-duty police officers and security firms through a software platform, purchased At-Risk International. The deal is intended to expand Protos’ global reach and add services for high-net-worth clients, the company said. At-Risk will continue operating under its existing name and leadership. Financial terms were not disclosed.
