Two veteran Hartford area commercial property brokers and executives, Mike Goman and Tom York, have opened their own brokerage.
Goman + York has offices in East Hartford, the Farmington Valley and Rocky Hill.
Goman was president and CEO of Konover & Associates for 12 years until 2008.
York is a former CB Richard Ellis broker.

Their firm’s service roster already includes leasing agent the 111 Founders’ Plaza complex in East Hartford and the office component of Blue Back Square in West Hartford.Â
