Longtime Hartford area realty broker John Zubretsky Jr. has affiliated his 85-agent brokerage team with realty franchise Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Formerly a Century 21franchise affiliate, the Zubresky Group retains offices at 449 Silas Deane Highway, Suite 2A, in Wethersfield. John Zubretsky III is vice president of operations.
Zubretsky Jr. and his late father started their firm 35 years ago.
