A Greenwich-based private equity firm has bought a cloud-based logistics software platform.
Greenbriar Equity Group LP said that funds that it manages have completed the acquisition of Missouri-based eShipping, which provides logistic handling technologies for truck loads, small parcel, fulfillment, international freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
The deal’s financial terms were not disclosed.
Greenbriar is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the services and manufacturing sectors. It says it has more than $10 billion in cumulative capital commitments from investors.
