🔒CT power supply equipment company acquired by HVAC design group

A Danbury-based power supply equipment company has been bought by a New York HVAC design and implementation group. Integ Systems Corp., which designs and services power protection and mechanical support systems for data centers, communications, medical imaging and industrial facilities, was acquired by Ambient Enterprises, a national HVAC design firm serving healthcare, commercial and institutional clients, including data centers. The deal’s financial terms were not disclosed. Centerbrook-based Osage Advisors said it served as exclusive M&A advisor to Integ on the transaction.
