A Greenwich-based private equity firm has acquired a building project consultancy whose offerings include engineering, regulatory filing and architecture services.
Littlejohn & Co. said it bought New York-based Milrose Consultants from Southfield Capital, another Greenwich-based private equity firm.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1988, Milrose’s services include permitting, architectural and engineering consulting, municipal compliance and special inspection services for existing buildings and real estate projects across the U.S.
Its clients include building owners, property managers, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, tenants and large corporations across multifamily, office, retail, healthcare, industrial and hospitality assets.
Milrose CEO Dominic Maurillo will continue to lead Milrose with the existing senior leadership team, according to an announcement.
Littlejohn said it has about $9 billion in assets under management.
