Connecticut and online securities broker TD Ameritrade have reached a settlement in the ongoing multistate probe of the retail securities brokerage industry, authorities say.
Attorney General George Jepsen said Friday the state has closed its probe in exchange for TD Ameritrade’s cooperation with the probe and in any resulting legal actions.
The firm also agreed to implement an antitrust compliance policy and training program for its employees, Jepsen said.
