The Connecticut Lottery Corp. has won an award from the National Council on Problem Gambling and McGill University for its 2012 holiday lottery advertising campaign.
The award was announced at the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries annual conference and trade show in Providence, which ran from Oct. 1 to Oct. 4.
Connecticut December ad campaign’s message centered on the message that lottery tickets are not appropriate gifts for children, with the theme “gift responsibly.”
The Connecticut lottery won the same award in 2011.
