The Connecticut Lottery Corp. has announced the date of its previously reported move from its headquarters in Rocky Hill.
The quasi-public state agency is consolidating its footprint into one building and relocating to a new facility at 15 Sterling Drive in Wallingford, effective Aug. 21.
The lease on CT Lottery’s nearly 92,000-square-foot Rocky Hill headquarters recently came to an end. It has signed a long-term, 136,615-square-foot lease in the Wallingford mixed-use industrial/office building.
The new Wallingford location will house the lottery’s corporate offices, online betting back-office operations, warehouse space and a TV studio where instant-game drawings will be broadcast.
The last day for in-person claims at CT Lottery’s Rocky Hill office will be Aug. 22. In-person claims at the new Wallingford location are expected to begin the week of Aug. 28.
Instructions for claiming prizes during the brief closure are available at www.CTLottery.org/ClaimPrize.
