Greenwich landlord Urstadt Biddle Properties posted flat earnings for fiscal third quarter.
For three months ended July 31, Urstadt netted $4.2 million, or 15 cents a diluted Class A share, vs. net of $4.3 million, or 15 cents a Class A share, the same period a year ago.
Third-quarter revenues were $23.1 million vs. $22 million last year.

The company said it will pay Oct. 19 dividends of 24.75 cents per Class A share and 22.5 cent per common share to stockholders on record by Oct. 5.
