A Hartford developer of technology to enhance the use of such Internet-linked devices as cellphone, TVs and gaming consoles has gotten a followup $250,000 investment from Connecticut Innovations, the state’s venture capital arm.
Keisense Inc. is using the investment to refine and attract customers for its proprietary PriText technology. The company has five employees at its offices at 151 New Park Ave.
PriText is being tested by a number of unnamed firms, but one international digital entertainment products company recently signed on as the first customer, said CI President Peter Longo.
CI has invested $1.15 million in Keisense since 2007.
