A Connecticut-based real estate investor has bought a 40-unit apartment building in Norwalk for $7.52 million, according to the city’s land records.
Norwalk Flats LLC, controlled by Jeremy Nocerino, of Ansonia, acquired the three-story, 30,024-square-foot building with ground-floor parking, at 289 Main Ave., on Friday, land records show.
Nocerino is a managing partner of Blue Brook Properties. The real estate investment and management firm owns 17 residential, mixed-use and commercial properties in Connecticut, primarily in the Naugatuck Valley region, according to its website.
He said Blue Brook Properties plans to upgrade the apartment spaces and management services.
The seller was 289 Main NCT LLC, controlled by Abraham Indig, of New York. He bought the property under the limited liability company name Main 289 NCT LLC for $6.8 million in 2022.
The building, which was constructed in 1977 and sits on a 0.42-acre parcel, is appraised at $6.61 million and assessed at $4.63 million.
