Quasi-public venture investor Connecticut Innovations said it participated in a $3.5 million investment in New Haven’s Device42.
CI said it bought a $1 million stake in the company, which makes datacenter management software. Other participants in the round — much of which closed in early December — included New Haven’s Elm Street Ventures, Western Massachusetts’ Long River ventures, New York City’s Alpine Meridian, East Hartford’s Angel Investor Forum, and New York Angels.
Device42 says it has customers in more than 20 countries.
