Connecticut Innovations has hired Glendowlyn L.H. Thames as special assistant to CEO Claire Leonardi.
She will help Leonardi with board relations, program development and operations.
Thames most recently served as special assistant to the superintendent of Hartford public schools, where she spearheaded the first annual regional STEM conference. Prior to that, she was director of constituent services for the city.
