Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and the Department of Energy & Environmental Protection will hold an electric vehicle fair on Earth Day, April 22, at Bushnell Park in Hartford.
The event will showcase several electric vehicles available for a test drive, including the Chevrolet Volt, Nissan Leaf, and Toyota Highlander.
The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Malloy speaking at 11:30 a.m.
The event also will feature electric vehicle charging stations, particularly the one at DEEP’s office at 79 Elm St. in Hartford, adjacent to Bushnell Park.
